Immigration is personal to Gabriel. As a son of immigrants to this great country, Gabriel understands the importance of keeping families together and securing every opportunity for immigrant families to achieve the best life and best future for their children.
Gabriel holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. Gabriel was awarded the CALI Award for Excellence in Torts and Employment Law. Gabriel received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Go Bears!
Gabriel is an accomplished and experienced attorney and an unwavering advocate for his clients. Prior to starting the Law Office of Gabriel S. Law, Gabriel represented clients in various business and real estate litigation, immigration and chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy in law offices located in San Jose, Oakland and Palo Alto.
During law school, Gabriel served as an intern for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, as an extern for the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo, and as an extern with the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center in the employment clinic. Additionally, Gabriel has served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stuart Hing, master calendar judge of the Superior Court of California, Country of Alameda.
